This is one of my favorite quotes for empowering and encouraging women to
refuel their dreams and dream big!
I'm passionate about empowering women to discover their authentic self,
get unstuck and live their best empowered life by nurturing their
spirit, soul and body. The more I move out and connect with women I see
disappointment, confusion and discouragement in their eyes and I read it
in their conversations with me online.
Most have given to their marriages, children and even their parents and
often give up with the belief that it's too late.
On one of my audios that you can get here when you sign up for my
coaching emails, I mention one big mistake that women make is they
give away their personal power! All too many times we let our physicians,
loved one's , society and more tell us what we can and cannot do or
when it comes to our health we give this power over to our physicians.
Instead of becoming educated on our bodies, nutrition and lifestyle options
we sit and wait for our physicians to tell us all about ourselves.
Do this check for me.... Inhale now exhale...yep, I thought so you still

Here are a couple of things you can do
1. Live in the here and now
Sure, you may have missed some prime opportunities to move forward
with your dreams, however, you're here, still breathing and that means
it's not over. Don't look back and don't look forward with anxiety and
overwhelm. Live in the here and now.
2. Discover or reaffirm your purpose
Women and all people wonder why things aren't working for them and a lot
of times it's because you aren't clear on your purpose. And if you are
clear you haven't reaffirmed your purpose. Motivation is key.
Reflect on what you've discovered and stay motivated about your
purpose. When you do this you will see results.
3. Become a woman of Faith
It's imperative that you learn life skills that will enable you to lead a
lifestyle of faith. In the bible we read : Now faith is the substance of
things hoped for the evidence of things not seen. You must learn to walk
by faith and not merely by what you see. No, I'm not saying that you
walk around with ignorance, however, we must remove ourselves from living
by the temporary manifestation and live by faith. Embrace what we
want to realize in our lives.
4. Change your language
You cannot continue to use the language of negativity, doubt, fear etc.
if you're going to redeem your dreams. No more negative self talk.

5. Connect to an accountability measure
If it hasn't changed in the last 2 -5 years, then why continue doing it
the same way? Another definition of insanity is to do the same thing(s)
over and over again expecting different results. Stop the insanity!
Connect to a mentor or coach. Put in place new systems of accountability.
Your mentor and/or coach can assist with this also.
These are a few things actually five things to keep in mind and take action on.
