few inspired comments. I was not only speaking of women in
relationships with men as much as I was speaking overall
about the power you must express over your life and situations
that you face.
My audio 5 mistakes women make includes giving their power away
and this is so true, however, the quote above sheds a different light.
There are some who give up their power by thinking they don't have
any. Thinking that somehow they have to wait for approval to succeed.
Waiting to be validated instead of realizing that the power is within
them and success is in their hands.
How many times have you come to the realization that someone
was out to harm you or sabotage your endeavors and yet you
continued to tolerate their behavior and allow them in your space?

Primary malnutrition is caused by the lack of essential foodstuffs—usually vitamins, minerals, or proteins—in the diet. In some areas of the world a poor economy or such regional conditions as drought or overpopulation cause a scarcity of certain foodstuffs, and a certain portion of the population is malnourished because essential nutrients are not available. However, even when food is plentiful, malnutrition can result from poor eating habits. Secondary malnutrition is caused by failure of absorption or utilization of nutrients (as in disease of the gastrointestinal tract, thyroid, kidney, liver, or pancreas), by increased nutritional requirements (growth, injuries, burns, surgical procedures, pregnancy, lactation, fever), or by excessive excretion (diarrhea).

Why isn't it working?
Why does it seem like the harder I work the more fatigued and
unproductive I feel.
As in our human body there are certain things that are considered
necessary ingredients and essential keys to a healthy business.
Quite frankly if you're not providing these things your business
is experiencing malnutrition.
We all have seen the sad pictures of children and how they look
when they are suffering severe malnutrition. They cannot function
properly, I can imagine that they are not very focused or have
much energy.
You are not doing your business any justice if you are the CEO and
you are, once you make the decision to start your business you must
change your mindset from that of an employee to the CEO the leader
of your business. The CEO has the authority to make decisions.
Here are some other qualities of a CEO mindset
Takes risks. A CEO mindset is that of taking risks.
Courage and Faith – The Woman CEO mindset is that of courage and Faith. She has
Made the necessary adjustments to operate with courage and faith.
Knows what her ideal client’s needs are and goes about to develop solutions for
Their problems and pain.
Knows her ideal client, where they hang out , what they like
Authentic – Operates from a place of authenticity and works to make sure
That her services, programs and products are not filled with hype.
Has tapped into her uniqueness and brilliance and is confident in who she is.
These are just a few and another she Is passionate about what she does.

If you're going to realize any level of success and online business
empowerment you must be actively building your community (list).
One of the most important things in an online business or offline business is a list of contacts. Just as in any other business, online businesses also need to build relationships with their customers. Subscribers are the contacts on your lists that are the most valuable asset of your online business. Therefore, list building leads to building relationships, which in turn encourages prospects to visit your website, sign up and get closer to buying your offer. But people are not just going to flock to a website and leave their contact information! To attract them, they must perceive some value. The first thing they are going to think about is how they will benefit from giving you their contact details. That’s why every business that does online marketing must build its own lists, targeted at specific prospects. It is time consuming. You have to work really hard. But in the end, you will directly enjoy the fruits of your efforts.
Your opt in list is your treasure. You are always looking for new and innovative ways to build your lists to keep visitors coming to their sites continuously. As you participate in this activity you offer various things to the prospective customer like free reports, ebooks, software, memberships, services etc. just to get their email address and other identifiable information. It is essential to keep following up with people who might be interested in what you are offering. Only when you have a growing list can you facilitate your users to visit your site. It grabs their attention and takes them to those areas of the site that are of particular value to them.
Not every visitor buys from the site he or she is visiting. Sure you may have built a huge database of contacts, but unless each one is a qualified contact, there is no guarantee that they will take any purchase-related action when they visit. Even in the offline world, you usually cannot get a buying decision out of your prospect right away – it takes not less than 5 visits unless they are desperately in need. Again, if you deal with more than one product, different visitors may be interested in different products. That is why you have to get your visitor’s email address and name as they browse through your site.
There are certain things you need in order to effectively begin building your list.
Let us talk about the basic things you need before you actually experiment with different methods of building lists .

The first thing you must set up is your website, so that your contacts have a place to come to and find you. They also need a place where they can securely leave their email and name. Instead, a good Auto responder can help you tremendously in keeping up with your reminding and emailing.
You'll need ways to draw traffic to your site.
You can't expect to build your list unless you bring traffic to your site.
And you'll need relevent content. Your users will look for information that is useful and relevant to them. The quickest way to cause your subscribers to unsubscribe is if you don’t send them messages that are meaningful.
Don't get caught up with building your list just for size. You're looking to build
a quality responsive list or community.

You have a great blog, product, service but there's one problem…
know one knows it or very few do if any.
As a savvy woman entrepreneur it's important that you have a visibility
plan. Why? Because they won't know unless you show. What?
They simply won't know anything about your great product, service
or program and unless you show it to them and one of the best ways is to increase
your online visibility.
I'm going to share three ways you can do this.
1) Post to blogs and forums
This is one of the easiest ways to increase your visibility. The key here
is to frequent forums and blogs that reach your audience. Don't
simply post great information, however, this is your time to shine.
Add to the content given by posting a comment that shows your
expertise. Don't overdue just a simple response. Some allow
you to leave your signature and others have it built in where it
will post your last blog post title and/or hyperlink your website.
Of course having your own blog will increase your visibility and
again you want the right visibility. Identifying and using your
best key words in your blog title and posts are key here.
2) Get Social. Social media is a great resource when you know
how to use it. It's not a coincidence that the word social is included
in Social Media. This is where many miss it. Instead of interacting
with their followers (twitter) or friends (facebook) they simply post

It’s not only important that you Get Ready but it’s also important to stay
ready. Especially as a woman entrepreneur desiring maximum empowerment.
What preparation have you made for your empowering success?
You have dreams and aspirations, however, they will remain just that
unless you prepare. It’s better to be prepared and have no opportunity than
to have an opportunity and miss it because you weren’t prepared.
Some of you have even taken the opportunity to invest in empowering
resources to surround yourself even more with motivation, passion and
empowerment.
Commit to yield to your Divine authority, Father God, Husband if you're
married and Pastor.
Seek God's wisdom which includes committing your work to Him and He will
establish your thoughts.
Cultivate a lifestyle of Faith
Sharpen your A.I.M.
In my eBook there is an acronym that I've aligned with the word aim.
A - Absolute resolve - Have an absolute resolve that whatever your endeavor
or vision this is your absolute resolve to achieve with no possibility of
retreat.
I - Imagined success. You must imagine and envision success at all costs.
Don't be moved by the weather,circumstances or influences. Keep victory in view.
M - Mark it
The scripture comes to mind "I press toward the mark of the high calling
which is in Christ Jesus. Mark your place of destiny, mark the desired outcome,
mark it as the place of victory for your targeted endeavor.

FIRE (Step out in Faith)
Planning and waiting, waiting and planning. All of the planning in the
world amounts to nothing if you never implement it. ~ Robin Tramble
You’ve done the preparation, sharpened your aim and you’ve made the leap to
invest in yourself now it’s on to application.
Get up and get started. Nothing happens and nothing changes unless you are
applying the strategies, keys and tips shared with you.
Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things
not seen.
We walk by Faith and not by sight.
You've got to step out in Faith and be a a faith walking woman living
her best empowered life. Not necessarily faith in your wisdom but faith in God's wisdom, faith based on the principles you've adhered to.
