Women's Empowerment tips: One thing you must know .... Read empowering excerpt....
One thing you must know for maximum breakthrough in 2010!
A mindset shift is crucial. I’ve talked about mindset for quite a
bit and I will continue to talk about it because it is one thing
that sabotages our success in life. There are a couple
of mindset shifts that need to happen if you’re going to have
breakthrough in 2010 and realize the benefits of women’s empowerment.
I’ll list four of them below.
1. Thoughts
Your thoughts play a big role in what you manifest and have manifested.
Your subconscious mind is ready to move on what you say and what you
think. It doesn’t know the difference between Whether you’re serious or
if your statement or thought is temporary based on your current situation
or not. Your subconscious mind is ready to move on whatever you present
to it as such it’s important that you make the shift towards a positive
mindset.
Your thoughts become energy. If your thoughts are negative, the
energy is negative; If positive , then the energy is positive.
When emotions become involved with the thoughts, the energy is even
stronger. The energy, however, doesn’t remain dormant – it expands.
It expands each time you think your thought.
As energy builds and gains strength, it begins to attract like energy.
Like a magnet, the energy attracts other like matter to it. Since the
energy is inside you, it attracts the like matter to you.
As you can see, negative thoughts and energy weaken you and your
ability to achieve.
2. Quantum leap
There’s no more time to move slow on your aspirations. It’s time to make
quantum leaps. Time to think bigger, dream bigger and live bigger. Yes,
you want to learn the necessary skills and strategies and lay a strong
foundation, however, when you move you want to move with great intentions
and in a Big way for Big results.
3. Success
Many of us have been conditioned by society, our environment, relationships
etc. and this his left us with a failure mindset and even a mentality of inferiority. It’s imperative that you surround yourself with a mentor
and/or coach that will allow you to embrace a success mindset. You can’t
afford to surround yourself with individuals with negative mindsets,
individuals that are not trying to pursue their greatness or stretch.
Do what you have to do to make the shift to a success mindset.
Successful people do what unsuccessful people aren’t willing to do.
4. Abundance
You can no longer operate in a scarcity mentality. This type of
individual operates from a place of limitation and not enough. Make
the shift from a mindset of lack to that of abundance. See, hear
and speak abundance. As I read on one of my calls from Ephesians 3:20
Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power
that is at work within us, is able to [carry out His purpose and]
do super abundantly, far over and above all that we [dare] ask or
think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes,
or dreams]--
21To Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout
all generations forever and ever. Amen (so be it)
There you have it. No shortage. God is able to do more than enough!
Renew your vision to His vision, see through His eyes the abundance
that He has for His children.

I think mentors are important and I don't think anybody makes it in
the world without some form of mentorship. Nobody makes it alone.
Nobody has made it alone. And we are all mentors to people even when
we don't know it."
How many of you would rather reinvent the wheel or learn everything
by hard knocks?
How many of you long for someone to just listen and at the appropriate

A mentor should be:
Someone who is going the way you want to go.
Someone with integrity and who you respect.
Someone who encourages you to get started and provide energy when you hear them or read their content
Someone you trust will tell you what you need to hear and not just what you want to hear
Someone that genuinely cares about people and from what you know are authentic
The above should be the minimum that you find in your prospect for a mentor.
Benefits of having a mentor include but are not limited to:
Someone to listen and guide you in your endeavors
Provides motivation
Helps build your self esteem and confidence
Increases your levels of achievement
A couple of things that could hinder your relationship with a mentor:
A know it all attitude
Whining and complaining regardless of shared strategies
A lack of openness
Little or no commitment to the relationship

someone who allows you to know that no matter how dark the night, in
the morning joy will come… someone who allows you to see the higher
part of yourself when sometimes it becomes hidden to your own view.
I think mentors are important and I don't think anybody makes it in
the world without some form of mentorship. Nobody makes it alone.
Nobody has made it alone. And we are all mentors to people even when
we don't know it."

The above should be the minimum that you find in your prospect for a mentor.

A couple of things that could hinder your relationship with a mentor:
A know it all attitude

Little or no commitment to the relationship
