INFLUENCING OTHERS: People will only change and "play ball" when,
in their terms, it makes sense for them to do so. And, it makes
more sense when they come to the conclusions themselves. Therefore,
to influence others, don't TELL them, ask open-ended questions which
will draw them to the conclusions you wish to make.

individual whether it's a personal relationship or business relationship

In this instance we are talking about the woman entrepreneur's
relationship with a prospect or client/customer.

Women's Empowerment: 10 reasons to hire a coach
1. You will set far better goals that motivate you in a healthy way.
Did you have Goal Setting 101 in high school? Probably not. Enter the Coach, an expert in helping you to identify and set the goals that you really want, not the ones that are "shoulds," pipedreams, that you've been recycling or that mirror the goals of your parents, society or Madison Avenue. Choosing the right goals for you is an art and the Coach takes the necessary time to help you clarify your personal values, so that you have something really solid on which to develop your goals. Value-based goals are naturally motivating, but it takes good Coaching to get to these.
2. You'll accomplish goals and tasks and projects much more quickly.
One of the reasons that people hire a Coach is to save themselves time. Take your life back! Kick the habit of procrastination for maximized women's empowerment
There are a million ways to lose a work day, but not even a single way to get one back. ~Tom DeMarco and Timothy Lister
How many years have you lost to procrastination?
How many missed opportunities, relationships lost and loved ones
gone on and we missed the last opportunity to speak love to them?
It's a painful thing to look back at the impact the disempowering
act of procrastination has cost us.

We may be able to repair the damage to our bodies by improved health

Women’s Empowerment 3 things to avoid, 3 things to do
Are you living the life that you’ve hoped to live? What’s holding you back?
Many women are feeling powerless only because they have given their personal power over to friends, professionals, the media etc. Empowerment is a choice and you must make the choice to live your best empowered life. This can only come about by your pursuit of the keys necessary to manifest
an empowered life.
There are also things that you must eliminate if you are going to reclaim your life and realize dreams come true and the best of you.
Here are 3 things you must avoid
Procrastination
Procrastination is a thief of time and once it’s gone you can’t get it back so learn ways to stop procrastinating. In my eBook The dynamic power of focus I give the definition of procrastination which includes laziness. Yes Laziness! Sometimes we resort to procrastination because we simply don’t desire to do something. Another thing is it has been determined that procrastination also happens because of a person’s experience with an event or task and it didn’t give the desired results so the individual resists doing the task because of a past negative experience.
Toxic people
Have you heard the saying that evil communication corrupts good manners? Well I’m not saying that toxic people are people with evil communication, however, if it will help you avoid or move toxic people away from you it’s a good way to look at it. You cannot move forward in life surrounded by toxic, negative people.
Lack of vision
A person without vision is like a person going on a trip without any idea of how to get there. They travel aimlessly asking everyone with whom they come in contact with. The funny thing about this is that some people really don’t have the answer but because of pride will not tell you this and just give you an answer to suit their fancy, however, you end up worse off. You must craft your vision if you are serious about arriving at your desired destination.
Now that I’ve given you three things you must avoid. Let me share with you three things you must do.
Take action today
There is no time like the present. There is a quote that says “Don’t look back one year from now wishing you had begun today.” You can read all the books you want, attend every teleseminar or workshop,however, without action it means nothing. Make a commitment to do one thing that will dramatically affect the other areas in your life.
Create positive environments
Your environments must support what you are doing. There are about seven environments which include your physical, spiritual and the environment of you. Look around you is your physical environment supportive of your goals. Is it organized, free of clutter or do you have to step over things, spend too much time looking for items etc. A physical environment free of clutter will also enhance your mind. Try it, clear up your physical space and watch the sense of freedom you feel.
Discover your life purpose
Knowing your life purpose will also assist you in developing your vision. When you don’t know your life purpose in essence you are moving about without a navigation system. One thing I often tell individuals to do to help start them out is to think about something that you have a passion for. What is it that you would do and enjoy doing even if you weren’t paid to do it? There are other assessments and tools that I make available to my clients to further assist them in discovering their purpose and crafting a vision statement. Living on purpose will maximize your empowerment!
How can you use the information above to maximize your empowerment? Pick one or two things and revisit them within a week to monitor your progress.

True independence is to be able to do what you
want, when you want and how you want.
Celebrate your Independence, your ability to be more,
do more and have more. Many people including women have
paved the way for us to have the liberties that we have
today. If they were here to look at our lives would they feel that all
was for naught? Was it in vain?
What are you doing to achieve your dreams and desires...... Now!
Are you still wishin' and a hopin'(sorry english majors)?
Do you have a reason (excuse) for everything that you're
not accomplishing in life? If it hasn't taken you where you want
to go so far, then why not let go of it and do something positively
different?

strong women with tenacity, passion and Empowerment?

We often concentrate on our weaknesses or draw attention to what we have not
done instead of celebrating our accomplishments. This is something that you
must overcome if you are to live your best empowered life.
Instead of talking down to yourself or beating yourself up try positive
reinforcements such as positive "self talk."
Death and life are in the power of the tonque. Proverbs 18:22
What are your positive traits? What special talents do you have? List two. Are you
imaginative, witty, good with your hands? Find ways to express your authentic
self through your strengths. You can increase your self-confidence when you can
share what you know with others.
You increase your self-confidence and life empowerment when you accept that
you matter, that God doesn't make robots.He only made one of you and you
will in essence manifest a new empowered you as you embrace this. Again, it takes more than thinking positive, visualizations and such, however, this is a start.
Go ahead celebrate the positives.[1] You are fearfully and wonderfully made.

Women and Moms it's not about us
Don't worry that children never listen to you; worry that they
are always watching you.-Robert Fulghum
I agree with the above quote, I would add don't worry at all.
Ladies we have been given such an awesome assignment and that is
to train up our children in the way they should go. How is it that
we are given this great responsibility and yet we ourselves are
still in training.
I've often heard that babies don't come with manuals, however,
there is a guide,the word of God. Many women may not know this but
we who are aware should read it more and share the benefits of
applying it with our friends and for those with grown children
with our children.
One area that affects many of us in the process of child rearing
is our self image. If we have a negative view of ourselves we feel
that others do also. Thus, we are influenced by our child's lack of
emotion, of negative vibes when we are instructing them. So because
we don't want to experience rejection we try to avoid too much
confrontation and really don't like making waves. Stop! You are
hurting your child(ren).
Ladies you must get over yourself! If you genuinely have some
areas of negativity in your life that have caused you to feel
this way, do something about it, but don't withhold wisdom from
your child to make yourself comfortable.
I have three grown children who are each successful in their own
rights. They each have shared that it waws my wisdom that helped
them in life and helped them succeed thus far. Most of all they're
thankful that we influenced them to have a personal relationship
with their Lord and Savior. Now ladies, if I had looked at their
faces, their body language or other negative actions I wouldn't
have continued in the way the Father God instructed us. I had to
get over myself and instill wisdom for life!
Women, moms it's not about us! It's about Father God and His purpose
and plan for our children from birth. It's about our children and
the great dividends that will be returned for richness and fullness
in life.
Continue to plant seeds. Start your day in God's presence so that
He can infuse you with His power to influence, build up your image
and provide wisdom and clarity of vision for your day.
The greatest reward for any mom/parent is to one day hear the words
"thanks mom for the way you raised me,for all of the wisdom (Godly)
you imparted into my life. I am successful today because of it."
Remember, it's not about us!

however, Father, God has provided grace so that if
I should he covers me. What I need to do is repent
and start again. He is at work in me helping me to
do what I need to do.

self to? Sometimes we set ourselves up for failure because
we don't align ourselves with God's view of us, but rather
society's view or our relatives' view. Stop trying so hard!
Relax and enjoy life. Yield yourself to the potter's touch as He
molds you and shapes you into the beautiful vessel He has
designed you to be.
