Celebrate the positives for maximized empowerment

You have been criticizing yourself for years, & it hasn't worked. Try approving of yourself & see what happens. - Louise L. Hay

We often concentrate on our weaknesses or draw attention to what we have not
done instead of celebrating our accomplishments. This is something that you
must overcome if you are to live your best empowered life.

Instead of talking down to yourself or beating yourself up try positive
reinforcements such as positive "self talk."

Death and life are in the power of the tonque. Proverbs 18:22

What are your positive traits? What special talents do you have? List two. Are you
imaginative, witty, good with your hands? Find ways to express your authentic
self through your strengths. You can increase your self-confidence when you can
share what you know with others.

You increase your self-confidence and life empowerment when you accept that
you matter, that God doesn't make robots. He only made one of you and you
will in essence manifest a new empowered you as you embrace this. Again, it takes more than thinking positive, visualizations and such, however, this is a start.

Go ahead celebrate the positives.[1] You are fearfully and wonderfully made.

We will talk more on building self esteem and confidence as we move forward.

Celebrate the authentic you. Why? Only you can be the best you there ever was.

Robin I do feel I posess many great talents and gifts to share with the world. But unfortunately I am surrounded by negative people who are always criticizing me. Someone once told me that they do it to make themselves feel better. I actually saw a medium in Lilydale who told me the reason my brother does it is because he knows how smart I am and he is unbelievably jealous! He is in much better shape than me, so he always uses that against me, telling me I need to go to the gym more and things like that. Also, my ex boyfriend is the same. We have rekindled our friendship due to loneliness, but I'm beginning to think I am better off without him. I mean, who needs people around who are always putting you down? I go out of my way for everyone I know. I use to hand them money when they need it, do their homework for them, give them rides, cook them meals, you name it. I am the nicest person I know and yet no one can compliment me. All they do is put me down. I have been trying to operate according to your blog post. I just don't know how to overcome the words of others?
