What is it? Passion. I don’t know how many women I’ve had a chance to talk to, counsel, coach and mentor who often tell me I don’t have a passion or they might say I have many things that I like but no passion for any of them. And then some just simple ask how can I discover my passion.
Finding your passion yields turbo-charged success.

I’ve often told women that knowing your passion will fuel your motivation and give you incredible energy. It also pushes you through crisis and allows you to focus in the midst of crisis or any other time of your life as mentioned in my special report “How to stay focused in crisis.!”
Knowing your passion and living your passion will attract your ideal clients to you.
Take a look at the word passion here a : ardent affection : love b : a strong liking or desire for or devotion to some activity, object, or concept c : sexual desire d : an object of desire or deep interest .

We all have passion and it may need to be discovered, re-discovered or renewed.
If you don’t know your passion or need to renew your passion don’t give up. There are a few things you can do. I’ll mention a couple here.
Take some time to reflect, go back to when you were a child and answer what was that one thing that gave you excitement when you thought of it?
What makes you come alive?
If you're looking to renew your passion you must first take inventory and answer the questions above. Next recommit to living your best empowered life and
that includes not settling for anything less than an abundant life. Once you discover or rediscover and commit, it's up to you to take inventory of the resources
around you that will enable to follow your passion.
There are many other elements involved, however, the information I've shared here will give you a start.

Are you fulfilling your assignment daily waiting on no man, no-thing?

I'm sure you can attest to the above. Why, it's apparent when you look
in the mirror. A few lines here and a few gray hairs there. Yes, I know don't
remind you. And then maybe some of you have come to terms with the
fact that this is a natural process and you don't stress it. You do
what you need to do to enhance your looks.
As you've traveled through life and experienced various stages I'm
sure you've witnessed times of lack and times of increase. All of us
would like to see more times of increase. Some of us are there and
others are still dreaming of the day that this will manifest.
Are you living the life of your dreams? If your answer is no, what is
holding you back? What are you doing about it?
If you've been living this way for over 5 to 10 years and you've continued
doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results you're
actually living out one of the definitions of insanity.
Aren't you tired of watching the world go by, simply wishin' and a hopin'?
When is enough - enough?
Reach inside yourself and pull out that passion for life that you had
as a child. Reach for the dream and take action!! Taking action may
mean connecting to a mentor or coach, taking some courses to learn
life skills,connecting to a community of like-minded women for empowerment and support or simply writing down what it is you really
want,setting some goals and discovering how you can get there.
It's your life and only you can make the change necessary to live
the life of your dreams.

Woman entrepreneur empowerment: 4 tips for effectively using social media to drive traffic to your sites
Social media and Web 2.0 have been here for some time now. Experts predict that this trend will only grow. That means if you don’t start using social media now – today – you’ll be left behind.
In my interactions with women in my networks I hear confusion, a little anxiety and apprehension where it concerns using social media.
It can be a very good resource when you lay a good foundation and understand some of the guidelines.
Listed below are 4 tips for effectively using social media to drive traffic to your sites…
1. Complete your profile.
When you first open your Twitter, Facebook, Squidoo or other social media site account, fill out your profile (including a picture). Doing so makes it easier for people to get to know you and build relationships with you, which will make it more likely they’ll click through to your site. Did you know that some of your potential followers will not follow simply because you didn’t provide a picture?
If you’re serious about your business (and I know you are) take the time to include a picture.
2. Interact.
It is no coincidence that the name Social media includes the word social. They’re two way streets (not monologues). That’s why you shouldn’t just post content and move on. Instead, spend a few minutes each day interacting and getting to know people in your network. Simply respond to tweets, updates etc. The key again is to be social. Now you do this within reason and you don’t spend all day on social media networks. That’s another topic.
3. Include a link to your site on your profile page.
Your profile page is considered real estate and you must use all of your internet real estate to the full potential. This tip is simple but effective: Give people a reason to click through from the social media site to your blog or squeeze page. Your potential customer/client must get to know, like and trust you and this is a
Good way to get started.
4. Ask your followers/friends to retweet
On twitter your updates are called tweets and other sites my be updates or posts. If you create a “buzzworthy” post (such as a post on a hot or even controversial niche topic), ask your Twitter followers to “retweet” it. You can simply include “Plz RT” at the end of your tweets since there is a 140 character limit.
Now is the time to get involved if you’d like to grow your business. Social media is only expected to grow in the future. –You can start today by applying the four traffic-generating, relationship-building tips you just discovered!

What are you hiding?
The mask.........some will admit to the daily ritual of preparing to go before your peers,co-workers, employees, church family, friends, classmates ending with the last step ....the mask. We can't allow anyone to know about our
flaws.
Mask - Covering for all or part of the face as a disguise or for protection
After 29 years of marriage, 4 children (of which 3 were teenagers at the same time) I can tell you there is no joy, peace or fulfillment in wearing and hiding behind a mask. It may start out as the perfect remedy to cover our feelings of inadequacies or reward us with temporary friendships and fool some of the people some of the time. However, it doesn't last and it is not rewarding. I repeat it is not rewarding.
A few side effects are: stress, broken relationships, regret, bitterness,lack of confidence, continued low self esteem and anger.
Most of all it is a barrier, it stops God from having the opportunity to heal our feelings of inadequacy, rejection,intimidation, inferiority, abandonment, loneliness etc. You see, Father God wants to touch you right where it hurts the most. Our job is to acknowledge these areas and bring them to him.
The other barrier is that it stops relationships that God wants to bring into our lives (true, genuine relationships). Friends who will be there regardless; Friends who accept the good and the bad and who realize like you they are not perfect and will provide grace and build you up.
Where is the mask at home, before our husbands, our children, parents, immediate family? We wear a mask at these times however, I have found through my personal experiences, counseling and coaching others that we are selective about wearing a mask in these instances.
"You don't really know a person until you have observed his behavior with a child, a flat tire, when the boss is away, and when he thinks no one will ever know." Author unknown
Well that is true the above determines an individuals character...who you are when no-one's looking.
Father God knows who you are and he still loves you. He wants so much to help you.... if you will just let him. It's time for us to lift each other.... it's time to help each other, comfort each other with the comfort we've been comforted with. How can we unless we take off the mask and let Father God work?
Why do we do this? Is there an issue with low self esteem? Are we afraid to allow
people to get close and see the real person?
If you want to live your best empowered life it is necessary to discover your
authentic self and celebrate the authentic you. Maybe you've lost years to
living pretentiously, some of you may not even know yourself because you've
worn this mask for so long. Besides it also fuels disempowering behaviors.
It's time. Finally realize a life of empowerment, purpose, passion and prosperity.
Ladies, it's ok ..... take off the mask. Be free and celebrate the authentic
you, embrace the uniqueness of you. Arise savvy woman, woman entrepreneur,
WAHM and shine!
You are a woman by God's design. He wants to present you (his workmanship) to the world for His glory. Remember God in you = Empowerment
